We integrate the latest 5G and One Open RAN features for high-capacity wireless networks. We integrate and verify 5G and One Open RAN Use Cases to the high standards of demanding customers. Enabling and maintaining Ericsson’s technology and market leadership is our purpose.

What you will do:

• Drive, implement and prioritize quality assurance requirements in the 5G and One Open RAN product area with focus on Robustness.
• Contribute to the design of the Robustness test architecture. Integrate and test RAN features.
• Analyze Ericsson RAN product with respect to Robustness and In-Service Performance requirements. 
• Secure Ericsson bi-weekly releases of 5G RAN products in Live networks.
• Identify teams, way of working, environment problems and propose solutions to solve them.
• Strive for customer focus and on time delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues in different sites: Sweden, Poland, China & Croatia.

The skills you bring:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in integration and verification in 5G Radio Access Network technologies.
• MSc or higher education level in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, AI/ML, or equivalent domain.
• Cloud RAN experience.
• Used to handle complex troubleshooting.
• Excellent team working ability. Ability to work independently, support other team members, and receive support when needed.
• The ability to be a role model for the team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Analytic ability, creativity, and drive.
• Drive improvements: detect gaps and initiate changes to fill them.
• Be flexible and customer oriented with international teams.
