About this opportunity

As a Radio & RANC Supply Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the supply chain meets established targets. You will support the Radio & RANC Supply organization by identifying areas for improvement, suggesting corrective actions, and securing the implementation of corrective measures. You will be instrumental in driving improvements, managing performance, and implementing cutting-edge technologies. Collaborating closely with supply chain managers across factories, markets, inbound, and sourcing functions, as well as operational excellence and finance teams, your expertise will help shape the future of our supply chain.

Due to the importance of this role, you will report directly to the Head of Radio & RANC Supply. You will present your findings and suggested improvements to the leadership team to drive change within the organization.

 

What you will do

· Develop performance indicators to optimize the supply chain.

· Host and lead a performance community, providing infrastructure and coaching drivers with fact-based analysis and problem-solving.

· Control risks in the supply chain through visualization and further development of integrated business planning for the automation of performance indicators.

· Provide inputs into the supply chain strategy and contribute to innovation efforts.

· Lead and develop the unit strategy and improvement plan, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational strategy.

· Drive improvement projects, prioritize initiatives, and establish a structure for tracking implementation progress.

· Lead strategic improvement efforts and manage change processes to ensure successful transition and adoption of new strategies within the supply chain.

· Develop statistical calculations and models to enhance supply chain performance.

· Serve as an analytic expert and business intelligence resource, managing performance reports with an executive-level view.

 

The skills you bring

· University degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field, with strong statistical and analytical skills.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Performance Management.

· Proven experience in developing and implementing performance indicators and improvement strategies.

· Expertise in supply chain risk management and integrated business planning.

· Proficiency in advanced data analytics and modeling techniques.

· Experience in digitalization and managing performance reporting at an executive level.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change management initiatives effectively within supply chain operations.

 

Additional Qualifications

· Strong interest in continuous improvements within the value chain and current development projects.

· Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.

· Competence to influence across organizations, lead change, originate ideas, and gain commitment.

· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

 

Future Development

The role is evolving to incorporate AI and support the implementation of Integrated Business Planning, positioning you at the forefront of supply chain innovation and change management.
