What you will do:
The Strategy Director leads strategic initiatives that shape Ericsson’s Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS). As a senior advisor to leadership, you’ll tackle complex business challenges, drive strategic clarity, and enable executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead high-impact strategic projects with senior-level visibility.
• Frame and structure complex problems; translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Partner closely with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop compelling, insight-driven narratives to influence key business decisions.
• Shape the long-term strategic direction and annual strategic planning cycles.

The skills you bring:
• 8–10+ years experience in strategy, consulting, or transformative business roles.
• Background from top-tier management consulting or internal strategy units preferred.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
• Advanced executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with key trends related to AI and Cloud in the telecom sector.
• Strong understanding of the CSP business and telecom industry landscape.
• Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field).
