About this opportunity:

The BCSS Strategy Organisation is a key unit within Ericsson’s Business Area Cloud Software & Services, focused on driving and shaping the strategic direction of the business. It tackles complex challenges by providing clear, actionable insights and enabling executive decision-making. Through rigorous research, detailed analysis, and strategic initiative execution, the organisation ensures alignment with Ericsson’s long-term goals while fostering innovation and growth within the cloud software and services landscape.

 

What you will do:

The Strategy Manager leads and executes focused strategy projects, translating complex issues into clear, actionable insights that drive Ericsson’s strategic initiatives within Business Area Cloud Software & Services.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Own and deliver specific strategy projects and workstreams.

•    Analyze, structure, and simplify complex strategic questions.

•    Conduct insightful analysis and synthesize findings for leadership decisions.

•    Prepare compelling presentations and strategic narratives.

•    Collaborate closely with Strategy Directors, Analysts, and cross-functional teams.

 

Expected Outcomes

•    Timely and impactful completion of strategic assignments.

•    High-quality insights that inform critical business decisions.

•    Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration

 

The skills you bring:

We expect you to have the following experience and skills:

•    4–6+ years experience in strategy, consulting, or analytical business roles.

•    Strong experience from consulting or internal strategy functions beneficial.

•    Proficiency in strategic analysis, Excel modeling, and executive-level presentations.

•    Familiarity with key trends related to AI and Cloud in the telecom sector.

•    Strong understanding of the CSP business and telecom industry landscape.

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or related).

 

Final candidates for this role will be subject to a vetting process.
