We are looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Consultant to our client.
About the team
Our clients People Experience team needs an experienced senior consultant within compensation and benefits. We expect this person to have excellent project management skills, be process oriented and willing to work both operationally and strategically. This consultant will work with the team to improve and set up new strategies and processes for benefits and awards programs as well as reviewing and working with the compensation part of the promotion processes.
Requirement
This person needs to have excellent project management skills, be process oriented and have great presentation skills. The consultant will work both operationally and strategically. Except for experience within benefits and award programs, payroll management skills is a huge plus.
? Problem solving: Review existing processes and programs and develop
processes/propose improvements in the area of compensation and benefits,
adapted to the internal culture.
? Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
? Have the compliance perspective
