Are you a service minded person that likes progress and development just as much as numbers and accuracy? We are strengthening our Commercial Coordination team for Metal Sales, and this might be a job for you! 

 

Description 

 

The Metal Sales department handles Boliden’s sale of finished metals - copper, zinc and lead. The Commercial Coordination consists of one team in Stockholm, one in Germany and one in the UK. The team also has two central planners (whereof one presently on parental leave). 

 

In the role of Commercial Coordinator, you are entrusted with both administrative and planning work. This is a flexible role where you work closely together with your team and your customers. The role includes administrating the execution of agreed sales contracts, from handover of contract until final payment. You are responsible for the month-end reporting and provide pricing data for risk management. You administrate the product flow, from shipping advice or order to payment. You also ensure contract compliance and advise others on contractual rights and obligations. You continuously work with improvements and come up with solutions to challenges.  

 

If you are good with numbers, are an accurate team player and good with people, this role will suit you well. You will be a part of our Commercial Coordination team and work closely with our German team. We have a hybrid way of working, mainly on site at our head office in Stockholm. 

 

 

Qualifications 

 

We look forward to working with you who are accurate and good with numbers. We also see you have good communication and cooperation skills since you will be working closely with colleagues in the team and with our customers.  

 

 

Key qualifications: 

  • Graduated (Master in engineering or finance) or experience from international trade. 
  • The major part of Boliden´s customers are found in Northern Europe and therefore you must be fluent in both written and spoken English.  

 

It’s meritous with: 

  • Communication skills in German is beneficial.  
  • Swedish, French, Finnish or Dutch 
  • Experience within customer service or planning.
