Who you will work with
You will oversee an organization of around 40 employees and directly manage six team members. The work is at a strategic level with a competent team of leaders and employees in areas such as Research and Development, Closed Mines, External Environment, Forestry and Land, Social Sustainability, and Public Affairs. You are part of the mining division’s management team.
What you do
In this role, you will be highly involved in developing the entire company’s operations. Boliden aims to be the most respected and climate-friendly metal supplier in the world. To achieve this, it is crucial that the business complies with environmental requirements and develops work processes and management systems to become even more efficient. We set short- and long-term goals and need your participation and drive to achieve them. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, managing six departments and ensuring structured coordination across various areas.
What you bring
You are confident in your leadership and have excellent coordination skills. Success in this position requires a positive and constructive attitude towards others and the ability to create and develop both internal and external relationships that inspire trust. You have a natural ability to enthusiastically, passionately, and responsibly develop our core values. You are structured and have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
