Your opportunity 

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner and play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. This is your chance to make a significant impact on our organization by ensuring we find the best candidates who fit our needs and company culture. 

Who you will work with 

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team. Together, you will work to understand the needs and requirements of various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The position is based at one of our Business Units, and you will report to the Global Manager of Recruitment. 

What you will do 

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit highly qualified candidates 
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and reference checking 
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
• Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to find potential candidates  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 

What you bring 

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with a few years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role within an industrial environment.   

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is experience using recruitment tools and systems.
• You should be able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work in a dynamic environment.   
• A good understanding of labor market trends and recruitment strategies is also important.  
• We are looking for someone who is proactive and results-oriented, flexible and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented, positive attitude.
