Finance Director to Business Area Smelters
You will have a key role in our operations and lead an agile team targeting continuous improvement of the business and financial performance at the Smelters. The finance director is responsible for the strategic financial planning, implementation and managing the entire finance activities within BA Smelters, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk, and governance as well as negotiations. The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, and frequent travel within our operations is required. You report to the President of Business Area Smelters.

For this role we are looking for a person with strong financial understanding, who can grasp the meaning of legislation and digitalization of a finance function. As a person you need to be pro-active and cooperative to work well with others in cross-functional teams. You will also need an analytical and logical mindset to have an understanding of the importance of finance area, identify areas of improvement, find and propose solutions.
