About this opportunity:
We are looking for the Engineering Environment Security Principal for PDU Packet Core.
You will join the organization responsible for the Engineering Environment that manages all tools, clouds, networks, test channels and other environments used in the Packet Core Product development.
You will be responsible for security in this area, driving improvement work and assessments for the different parts of the environment and collaborate with other roles to make the best possible support to product development teams and other users.
You will coordinate a network of security masters in all the DevOps and Tools teams we have across the organization located in several Packet Core development sites to help you!
What you will do:
• Drive Data and IT Security for Packet Core development and test environments
• Provide support in IT security related matters to the PC Engineering Environment program
• Cooperate with various engineering teams for the fulfilment of Corporate security requirements and R&D IT guidelines
• Coordinate and support the network of Security Masters across Packet Core Engineering Environment
• Packet Core SPOC for R&D IT security matters within BCSS
• Maintain the Engineering Environment IT Security Architecture in collaboration with the EE system architect
• Be part of IT security-related task forces within Packet Core Engineering Environment
• Assist devops teams in the automation and tools areas with security expertise
• Participate in the R&D Environment LT, bringing in the security perspective
The skills you bring:
• Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• High level of competence in IT Security for Software Development is a must
• Network and IT Security in areas such as intrusion, integrity, reliability, authentication/authorization etc.
• Understanding traceability and its importance for security
• Knowledge in Linux OS security
• Security aspects of virtualization in a cloud environment (Kubernetes)
• Good communication skills, innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum way of working
• Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
• Coping with pressures & setbacks
• Empowered to take decisions in a multi-stakeholder arena
