As we expand, we’re seeking a dynamic Capability & Portfolio Manager to join our Finance & Operations team in a high-impact role. Collaborate with program managers, financial controllers, and project portfolio controllers to illuminate our development capabilities, strategize our portfolio, and drive strategic decision-making. What you will do:

Lead the Capability & Portfolio Framework:

• Facilitate and coordinate meetings with Segment Leads, project managers, and program managers. 
• Develop and present comprehensive Capability & Portfolio Reports. 
• Be a Portfolio Strategist and conduct in-depth Capability and Portfolio analysis. 
• Collaborate closely with Finance and other departments on budgeting, MRP, assignment handling, HC, and participate in roadmap development

Provide Data-Driven Insights:

• Deliver insights on resource capacity, financial trends, and forecasting to empower leaders in making informed decisions. 

Foster Seamless Collaboration

• Enhance collaboration between teams across Ericsson, ensuring that we deliver on our commitments. 

The skills you bring:

• Master of Science or equivalent. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management and Capability/Portfolio Management. 
• Advanced understanding of Project and Program Management. 
• Proficient in Capability and Portfolio Management. 
• Familiarity with Ericsson R&D Finance and experience in System-on-Chip development, embedded systems, or ASIC development are advantageous. 
• Strong analytical, structural, and result-oriented mindset. 
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities. 
• Proficiency in written and oral English. 
• Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
