About this opportunity:

Software Production System (SPS) creates and provides a compelling state of the art Software Production System, that gives BCSS R&D and Ericsson competitive advantage in 5G, 6G and Cloud Native engineering. SPS offers many shared services in development and non-target clouds, target clouds, telecom networks, software pipelines, lab infra and tools to enable E2E engineering productivities.

We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Systems and Business Strategy team. Moving forward we work with concepts like Test Orchestration, Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platform as means to further evolve our Production System ensuring that we give BCSS R&D the best possible environment for their work. We have focus on BCSS R&D but we support users from all Ericsson.

What you will do:

Own the strategy and steer Development for a domain.
Be an active player in the work to define wanted position and tactics for further evolvement of our complete Production System
Work together with our users to understand the needs and how we can support them, our environment should be a competitive advantage.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the area.

The skills you bring:

MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
10+ years - Extensive Leadership in Software development and R&D
Deep understanding of Cloud Native software development including continuous design, integration, deployment, and operation
Experience in Development Environment tools, process and methods that support efficient development organizations.
Track record from Product Management and System Management.
Excellent people/leadership and mentoring skills in line with Ericsson core values.
A broad experience of the Ericsson product portfolio with a solid understanding of PDU’s and services needs to be successful.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, speak & write English fluently.
