The HR organization at Skanska Sverige AB consists of four units that provide operational HR support to the business and five strategic units with specialist expertise in various HR areas. Learning and Leadership Development is one of the strategic units.
About the Role
As the Functional Manager, you drive Skanska Sweden's development as a learning organization with a focus on developing employees' competencies and ensuring a strong leadership culture. You have overall responsibility for strategy, development, and progress within the function's main areas of responsibility:

As a leader, you have personnel-, forecast-, and budget responsibility, focusing on creating sustainable and efficient working methods. You lead a team of 12 employees with high expertise in their roles as leadership developers, executive recruiters, HR specialists, and training administrators. You collaborate broadly within HR, with line managers, and other units that are vital for successfully influencing and driving change. Your ability to build relationships and drive change is crucial for creating effective and sustainable results.

Experience in managing, developing, and running large leadership development programs is advantageous, as are knowledge of digital learning platforms.
You are proficient in advanced Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
