We are seeking an energetic and positive next generation talent to join our dynamic and diverse team in the Portfolio and Commerce department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of improving Ericsson product information quality and as well contribute to our digital transformation journey.

The objective of this role is to oversee enhancements to product information within Ericsson's product catalog featured in Portfolio and Commerce (SAP Commerce). This responsibility also encompasses data analytics and tools development for operations efficiency.

What you will do:

Portfolio and Commerce

•  Provide ticket support to internal and external using back-office applications.
•  Suggest and support domain and cross-functional improvements.
•  Contribute to the development of internal tools, WoW and processes.
•  Improve documentation.
•  Participate in user acceptance testing and document functionalities.
•  Implement back-office improvements activities.
•  Onboard new products into Portfolio and Commerce.
•  Be a change advocate.

· Data analytics and Tool development

• Support the development and maintenance of CHR analytics dashboard.
•  Support the development and maintenance of internal tools for operations efficiency.

The skills you bring:

•  Education: Master in of science in engineering - IT
•  Programing in different languages – phyton, C, SQL, etc.
• Technical curiosity for troubleshooting and testing.
•  Good communication and presentation skills.
•  Structured and organized.
• Understanding the need for changes and the ability to drive them.
