Description
As a Sourcing Manager, you will provide procurement services to various business stakeholders, aiming to control Boliden's cost level, enhance supplier value, and manage supply risks. You will work in the Sourcing process by evaluating, qualifying, and selecting suppliers, as well as conducting negotiations. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate with the Category Managers and assist in implementing category strategies. Additionally, you will ensure that goals are met and that stakeholders are satisfied with the service delivered by Procurement.

You take initiatives and have great stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence, coach, and communicate at all levels in the organization to achieve results and systematically reach set goals.
To succeed in this position, we believe you have strong business acumen, including the ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions. We also see that you are willing to travel in your role a few days per month. The job is located at our office in Boliden, and you will report to the Head of Section - Sourcing.
