Contract administrator

Tasks
Are you a service minded person that likes numbers and accuracy? We are strengthening our Contract Administrator team for Raw Materials with a temporary resource.


The work consists of all administration from shipping of concentrate to issuing invoices including reporting monthly figures to our Finance Dept. The daily tasks involve dealing with shipping advice, our supplier contacts, communicating details necessary to prepare and finalize settlements, carrying out assay exchanges and handle price fixations. You will have both internal and external contacts.  You will work with the administration for both Purchase of Raw Materials and Sales of Intermediate Products. You will report to the Manager of Contract Administration.

Education and qualifications 
The Contract Administration role requires you to have a high school level education or equivalent including economics as a subject. A degree in Business Administration or relevant Master of Science is regarded as a plus. You should be thorough, accurate and a quick learner. The role requires you to have a good command of the English language in both written and verbal form.
The role is temporary with the possibility to permanent role.
