The HR Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop within HR and be a part of an fast-paced international organization.
We offer you a position where you will work with all areas within HR and where you will pay extra attention to payroll and bonus calculation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide timely and correct input to payroll (to external payroll providers), ensure it is properly approved and compliant. Make sure the result of external providers’ calculations is in accordance with Goodyear input. Provide Finance with adequate information and input regarding accruals and payment.
Calculate bonus payout (sales bonus and non-sales bonus) according to regional policy. Provide Controlling with accruals based on participation.
Work closely, guide and support managers in the recruitment process.
Conduct HR onboarding for new hires.
HR Administration & Reporting
Prepare and monitor contracts and other HR documents ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. In collaboration with Shared Service Center process promotions, exits, transfers, leaves of absence & other events.
Support learning & development initiatives, training delivery and assessment of outcomes. Promote knowledge sharing environment that builds capabilities, skills and service.
Take an active part in various HR projects within the HR life cycle, such as merit review and gender equality.
• University degree in human resources or finance or psychology
• Minimum 2-year experience in HR generalist role within a multi-national environment in preferably a matrix organization
• Basic knowledge in Swedish working law
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & global mainstream HRIS database
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• General business acumen
• Compliance mindset, capable to exercise confidentiality
• Problem-solving and result-orientation
• Proactive and agile
