The Head of Investment Analysis reports directly to the Head of Investments and is responsible for coordinating all the due diligence work and other analytical work that supports investment decisions in unlisted vehicles and property financial instruments on a global basis. The position is based at the office in Stockholm city.

Din utmaning:

  • Manage a global team of analysts covering all activities related to investment analysis, including ad-hoc analysis in support of monitoring and screening activities
  • Investment Analysis; running the whole process of evaluating investment opportunities and issuing recommendations in relation with these opportunities
  • Participate in investment committee meetings related to investments where the investment analysis team has been involved, presenting on these analysis, recommendation and conclusions
  • When necessary, support the portfolio managers by participating in the communication to clients with respect to recommendations
  • Participate in meetings with clients and investors for capital raising efforts

Din bakgrund:

  • MSc in finance or engineering with at least five years relevant investment analysis experience preferably property-related, but experience from other asset classes in particular private equity and equities will be also considered relevant
  • Investment management experience is considered as an important plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are required
  • Experience in managing a team is not a prerequisite but will be valued very favourably
  • Fluent in English, with strong writing skills. Command of other languages is very strongly valued
